Patients/Customers may opt in to SMS messaging in person or verbally when scheduling or confirming an appointment. Only patients/customers who provide affirmative consent are enrolled in SMS messaging and agree to receive SMS messages from Doylestown Family Eye Associates, LLC. Providing a mobile phone number does not constitute automatic enrollment in SMS messaging.
